How does the Town of Parker plan for this growth?  \n\n\n\nFor this Business Over Breakfast\, we will welcome two guest speakers who can answer your questions about commercial development in Parker.\n\n\n\nJohn Fussa is Parker's Community Development Director. He has been a member of the Town's executive management team since 2013\, and his department is responsible for most aspects of Parker's physical growth and development including building services\, development review\, land use policy\, long-range planning\, and project management. \n\n\n\nTony DeSimone is a founding member of Confluence\, the developer leading the $300MM development of Parker's downtown. He is a West Point graduate who managed some of the largest Army construction projects completed globally during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
