However\, they often require special allowances like flexible scheduling\, part-time work\, and specific training on technology necessary for today's positions.\n\n\n\nRuth McCormick\, Business and Economic Representative for Arapahoe/Douglas Works!\, will host this free online seminar for Parker Chamber members and guests on how to best position your company to utilize returning older workers.
