SUMMARY:Non-Profit Organization Council (NPOC) Quarterly Event
DESCRIPTION:Each quarter\, leaders of small non-profits in the Parker area are invited to attend a special training event hosted by our Non-Profit Organization Council (NPOC) to help boost the success of their organizations.\n\n \nTHIS MEETING:\n\n"Triathlons and Your Big Ideas!"\n\n \n\nYou have big ideas! But\, the space between a big idea and a positive outcome is full of discipline\, strategy\, and dedication just like training for a triathlon! This month\, professional project management consultant (and Chamber member) Aida Zygas will speak to us about best organizing principles\, and how to energize and equip ourselves to tackle complex endeavors. With the right steps and preparation\, your organization's team can make big moves and increase your community impact.\n\n \n\nSpeaker Bio: As a Project Management Professional\, Aida has experience in leading project teams in start-up industries\, managing state and federally funded programs and ensuring compliance in the healthcare sector. Her background in legal and regulatory affairs helps her complete projects successfully and on time. Aida excels at building strong relationships\, improving internal processes\, and focusing on clear communication to keep everyone informed and involved. She is an avid cyclist\, coffee drinker\, and crossword puzzle whiz. \n\n\n\n\nIf you are a leader of a smaller NPO in the Parker area\, you're invited to join us for this free event. Leaders of organizations who are not members of the Parker Chamber may attend one NPOC event\, and then will be asked to join the Chamber at our low non-profit membership rate in order to continue attending.\n\n\n\nEach person in attendance will be invited to share (for one minute) about their organization's upcoming events and special programs.\n\n\n\nPlease RSVP so that we may plan for attendance. Thank you!\n\n\n\nQuestions\, call T.J. at the Chamber at (303) 841-4268.
