SUMMARY:Veterans Council Quarterly Event
DESCRIPTION:The Parker Chamber of Commerce's Veterans Council (PCVC) exists to promote veteran-owned businesses\, provide professional resources for veterans\, and encourage the formation of new veteran-owned businesses in Parker. The PCVC holds quarterly morning events ? a time to come together\, learn about business resilience\, and connect veterans with others who can support their entrepreneurial goals.\n\n\n\nJoin us for our 1/31/24 gathering for coffee and camaraderie as we discuss Setting and Achieving Goals for You and Your Business in 2024. Retired Army First Sergeant Dave Wentzel will share his experience\, tools\, and frameworks to help our veteran business owners set and reach their personal and business goals for the coming year. \n\n\n\nOur presenter\, Dave Wentzel\, has enjoyed an unconventional path in both his military and civilian careers. He has held positions in government affairs\, non-profit management\, business development\, internal communications\, public relations\, and currently manages his own consulting agency\, Mountain Goat Marketing\, providing fractional Chief Marketing Officer services and strategies to small businesses.\n\n\n\nThe Parker Chamber Veterans Council events are open to both members and non-members of the Chamber (but we will certainly encourage you to support the organization with your membership!). The PCVC events are not sales and marketing events\, so please be respectful and do not attend to promote your products or services.\n\n\n\nOur format is to have a 90-minute meeting to include: introductions\, a presentation on a business growth topic\, time for sharing of resources and best practices\, and open networking.\n\n\n\nPlease RSVP so that we can plan seating accordingly.\n\n\n\nThe Parker Chamber Veterans Council is generously sponsored by All Things Turf.
