JUSTIN DODGE

In June 2023, Parker resident Justin Dodge – a 25+ year veteran of the Denver Police Department – suffered a catastrophic injury during the Denver Nuggets championship parade. His left leg was pinned under an 80,000-pound fire truck which ultimately resulted in below the knee amputation.  Despite this life-changing injury, Justin has come back stronger than ever, returning to operational duty with DPD and training youth and adults on the power of resiliency. Justin has a passion for motivating and teaching. Now an accomplished public speaker, Justin provides a special perspective on leadership and the power of adapting to life's challenges.
