Keynote Speakers
Kami Welch is the President & CEO of the Arvada Chamber of Commerce. She has earned several awards and leadership positions during her 13 years in the industry. Last year, she and her team raised more than $3-million to launch the B.O.L.D. initiative, addressing issues like talent, housing, childcare, and business environment in Arvada. She sits on several non-profit boards of directors for organizations focused on children, education, homelessness, and domestic violence. She, her husband, and her two young children love getting out in the Colorado mountains.
Nicholas Sly is the Vice President and Denver Branch Executive at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. He serves as the Bank's regional economist and its representative in the states of Colorado, Wyoming, and northern New Mexico. He is responsible for monitoring economic conditions in the Denver branch's region. He is a former professor of Economics at the University of Oregon. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Michigan State University.
