Are you looking for employees? The School Work Alliance Program may be a solution for you.
School to Work Alliance Program is a collaborative initiative between Douglas County School District, Colorado Division of Vocational Rehabilitation and supported by the Colorado Department of Education.
SWAP works to support youth employment by providing quality employees for the community.
The students in this program are 15 - 24 years old with mild needs. The program helps place students and provides job coaching before and during employment.
