Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Pay: $18–$25 per hour, depending on experience

Basement Finishing Colorado is looking for a dependable, hardworking General Labor / Construction Helper to join our team. We are seeking someone with a strong work ethic who is willing to learn and assist with a variety of residential construction projects.

Responsibilities:
• Assist with demolition, framing, cleanup, and general construction tasks
• Load and unload materials and tools
• Help maintain clean and organized job sites
• Protect customer homes and work areas
• Assist crew members with daily project needs
• Use hand and power tools safely
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Construction experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to follow directions and work well with a team
