About Us

Mobile pantry providing essential items for our most vulnerable populations. We purchase, collect and redistribute food, diapers,
clothing and more to many in need. We also lead drives/events.

The Parker-based Heart2Hand serves foster families, single parents, veterans, seniors, church programs, schools and individuals experiencing homelessness. The latter remains a persistent and growing challenge throughout metro Denver.
