Our journey started in 2008 when our family had to make some dramatic changes to our diet after discovering our children had food sensitivities that could eventually lead to serious health issues. Ever since that discovery, we have been on a mission to create healthy, fresh, and delicious food that nourishes and works with our bodies to achieve vibrant health.

Our products are gluten-free, free of refined sugar, and unprocessed, and are chock full of good nutrients, alive with enzymes, and loaded with minerals. But most importantly, they taste great!
