"Growth in Parker"
No matter where you look, you see it, Parker is growing. Douglas County was the state's 2nd fastest growing county in population in 2023. From the outer boundaries of Parker to Mainstreet, there seems to be construction everywhere. What does that growth look like? How does the Town of Parker plan for this growth?
For this Business Over Breakfast, we will welcome two guest speakers who can answer your questions about commercial development in Parker.
John Fussa is Parker's Community Development Director. He has been a member of the Town's executive management team since 2013, and his department is responsible for most aspects of Parker's physical growth and development including building services, development review, land use policy, long-range planning, and project management.
Tony DeSimone is a founding member of Confluence, the developer leading the $300MM development of Parker's downtown. He is a West Point graduate who managed some of the largest Army construction projects completed globally during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Confluence is responsible for the downtown redevelopment that has taken place in Castle Rock in the last several years.
Business Over Breakfast is free to members but you must RSVP in advance to attend.
